Return & Exchanges

We hope that you love what you ordered from Filantropie, but in the event that you are not fully satisfied with you purchase we want to make it easy for you to return or exchange your product. 

Return of full-price merchandise are accepted within 15 DAYS of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition.

Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all the tags and accessories attached.

Please note:

  • Custom made products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • "Final sale" items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
  • There will be a 10% restocking fee for all one of a kind items

How to Return Merchandise by Mail

Please send an email to with your order number before sending anything back to us in the mail. Once we received the email, we will send you back the return form and the return address details.

Before mailing the item you wish to return please keep in mind that all returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Form and original receipt or packing slip. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

  1. Complete the return merchandise form.
  2. Repack merchandise.
  3. Package the merchandise in its original container, only if available. Enclosed the completed return from and original receipt or packing slip. Return must be prepaid and insured by the customer and shipped via the carried of your choice. 
  4. Send to address specified on previous email.

Please note: 

We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we hace received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 20 days.
